Pepe Delgados

I led a complete rebrand for Pepe Delgados, a long-standing Mexican restaurant on Norman’s historic Campus Corner. The project included developing a new visual identity, designing menus across food, drinks, and gameday offerings, and creating branded apparel and merchandise to unify the guest experience. I also launched Pepe’s Cantina Club, a sub-brand built to introduce their first-ever bar program, which involved crafting original cocktails, naming them, and designing a dedicated bar menu. Every element was designed to modernize the brand while preserving its authentic, community-driven spirit.
